I know it’s been a month since my last post and that’s way too long. Once again life has been hectic and it’s been hard to find the time I’d like for my photography hobby. There have been a few developments (pun intended 😉) related to it, though. I now have pretty much everything I need to develop B&W film (but not to print or scan it yet) and once I run a couple rolls through my camera, I will be giving it a go.
There is a local fall fair coming up and it has a photography category which I have been preparing to enter. This is taking more time than I would like, but I am looking forward to it and will post an update when it’s complete.
I also managed to volunteer to give a lecture at my photo club in October, so that’s something else I’m preparing for.
Last, but not least, I will be participating in the annual Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk on October 1st and I will make sure to post some photos from that. I should be able to post a little more frequently now.

Thanks for the encouragement, BuntyMcC. This will be the first fair I’ve entered and am looking forward to the experience. Hope you enjoy the WWPW; I’ll be in Victoria (actually Oak Bay) again this year. I think it’s great that these happen all over on the same day.
